The girls worked hard against a nice, highly skilled, and ferociously
competitive Danbury team. Lizzie Olmsted and Gigi Fusco were strong in goal.
Rachel Weir scored NMs only goal. The girls created a number of nice passing
sequences throughout the game, and all showed moments of strong individual
play. They had a number of other chances to score, but could not put the
ball away. Hayley Kozar was particularly strong defensively, and Kirsten
Potts stepped up her game.
