Comments
The parents and coaches have been impressed with the improvement the players
made over the course of the season. With 5 Brookfield players and the team
took some time to gel as a team, but the passing has been something we've
worked on all season and has been constantly demonstrated the last 3 games
much to the dismay of our opponents.
The team thoroughly dominated the first half with 8 solid chances on net.
Jesse netted a goal after a scrum in front of the net where Town Plot
couldn't clear several attempts.
The game was very evenly matched throughout. A little lull in concentration
at the start of the second half allowed Town Plot back into this one.
Our boys keep playing hard and had numerous chances off the bar during the
second half.
On a tremendously hot afternoon, both teams should be commended for playing
hard with limited subs.

This was a team effort this season and one stat demonstrates the
selflessness of the team than
10 players scored our 13 goals this season.
Devon Champagne, Matt Lombardi, and Ross Markey tied for team lead w/ 2
goals each.
Jesse Brennan, Connor Negri, Danny Nichols, Desmon Rogers, Matt Smith, Kyle
Straiton and Pat Tishion all found net once.
Jordan Doucette, Paul Fuller, Alex Furlan, Tyler Gross, and Jason OConner
were our defensive wall throughout the season. And while they didn't score I
want to thank their hardwork for allowing us to stay in every game.
