Comments
The Fire worked hard today, and by the second half started to move the ball
around a bit better. They'll work to create more productive passing
combinations as the season goes on. Rachel Weir and Christin Habjan scored
unassisted goals, and Helen Bayers drilled a nice cross from Julia Trocchio
for a goal. Jena Hook worked hard, and Julia Trocchio played an outstanding
game at right back, not only anticipating and winning balls, but passing
well from the back. Hayley Kozar is also playing well defensively, and
learning how to make stronger decisions on clears and passes..
