Offense
Claire Brofford (4 shots) worked hard to earn the game winning goal. She
scored on her own rebound. Breanne Rehaag (1 shot)started the scoring which
was followed by a goal from Amanda Eng (3 shots). Kayla Neson (3 shots) had
and assist as did Katie Warner. Dianna Habjan added to the shot total with
one from outside the 18.
Defense
Tara Lynch once again was great in goal. She come out at the right times
and made 5 saves only allowing 1 goal. Denise Landry also played in net. She
had an assist and allowed 1 goal. The defensive unit of Diana Habjan, Olivia
Knight, Denise Landry, Caleigh White and Breanne Rehaag held fast to the
win.
Comments
Passing is the key to the game and the girls did great working together
to create scoring chances. Megan Dietter came back to help out Kinsey
Chandler, Katie Warner, Kayla Nelson, Breanne Rehaag, Claudia Taylor and
Tara Lynch to work the ball up field and cross it into play.
