The "Fire" continue to improve. The girls played a very fine
team today, one that has been playing together for over a year. The
"Fire" held their own, and continued to look for one another to
pass. With more skill development and quicker decision making, they will
only get better. Hayley Kozar was terrific in goal, as was Gigi Fusco.
Christine Habjan was stellar on defense, and Nina Barrett played an exciting
game at striker, at one point hitting the near post on a fine shot. Helen
Bayers did a good job finding her team-mates with passes.
