Julia Valentine first half, Victoria Kozar second half. Both girls did a
great job in goal with a total of 15 saves between them.
Offense
Hannah Young, Emily Sanders, and Kristi Montemurro played an outstanding
game. They were able to find the weak spots in the New Hartford defense to
penetrate and develop fast breaks. Morgan Gallagher was key to providing the
support to keep the ball under New Milford's control.
Defense
Julianna Fusco, Theresa Dimascio, Alex McGowan, Natalie Kannan, and Julia
Valentine did a fantastic job of shutting down the New Hartford attacks. The
mid fielders, Hannah Albright, Michelle Pitcher and Morgan Gallagher did a
great job of transitioning which prevented New Hartford from man up attacks.
Comments
The game was an exciting game. The solid defense and half backs on the
New Milford side won the game by not allowing New Hartford to take control.
