2003 Fall Registration:
Registration for the Fall 2003 season for K thru 8th grade will be held at
the CT Sports Complex
(upstairs) on Saturday, May 17, 9 am Noon and Wednesday, May 21 from 6 9
pm. The CT
Sports Complex is located on 37 Lanesville Rd., New Milford.
2003 Fall Tryouts:
Tryouts for the fall season are scheduled for the weeks of June 9 and June 16. Each
night will be reserved for a separate age group. More information to follow.
New Uniforms:
The club has selected new uniforms (the current style was discontinued). In addition to
great quality, these new uniforms look and feel great and are much more durable. More
information will be available at registration.
New Fields:
The "voter approved" new soccer fields are pending. Wed appreciate your
help as we work through the administrative delays. To demonstrate your support, please
attend the town meetings.
New Milford MLS Summer Camp:
Once again the Soccer Club of New Milford will be offering a MLS Summer Camp. Mark your
calendars for August 18-22. It is open to boys and girls ages 6 18. Time: 9 am
Noon, Cost: $123. 9 am 3 pm, Cost: $163. The camp package includes ball,
T-shirt evaluation and more. Ask your MLS trainers for a camp brochure. For more

Summer Select Information:
Girls U11, U12, U14 and Boys U11, U12, U14 summer select program is now being offered.
In conjunction with the Northwest District and Soccer Extreme, this growing program is
churning out some great talent. It offers exceptional coaching and exciting tournaments to
make the most of summer-time soccer. For more information please contact Matt McCloghry at

Northwest District Tryouts:
Northwest District Select Tryouts are scheduled for November 22 & 23. The District
also plans to sponsor U-12 Boys & Girls Developmental Premier teams. Tryouts are June

Northwest District Camp EXCLUSIVE!:

Soccer Extreme Camp Schedule Released:
Soccer Extreme has finalized their summer 2003 camp schedule. You can get more

Connecticut Sports Complex:
This unique indoor facility is open on 37 Lanesville Road in New Milford. In addition
to being a great spot to watch soccer at all levels, they offer several soccer programs

The Soccer Club of New Milford is a non-profit organization managed by volunteers who
are committed to providing the children in our community the chance to play organized
soccer at various levels. The emphasis is on fun and learning as well as good
sportsmanship. Our club is also affiliated with a referee development program that
helps educate and train young soccer refs. Mr. Andrew Weir runs this program which boasts
more than 50 refs this year. Thanks Andrew!
SCNM relies on volunteers to serve on the board, act as committee members or help in
